First let me just say, I am not a vegan. But this chili is so exceptionally delicious, that I choose to eat it over your traditional ground beef chili. Full of nutritious ingredients and smoky spices, this dish will warm your soul and fill you with vitamins! Although I am not a full blow vegan, I do want to clarify that I do cook a lot of vegan and vegetarian recipes. Why? Because most of them are full of healthy ingredients and lots of vegetables!
