This week is a short one for me. I am taking my nephews to cedar point and soak city and I am extremely excited! But with that comes the thought of food. “What am I going to eat? What am I going to pack the boys?” So after spending a ridiculous amount of money on “boy” food, I decided to make them breakfast sandwiches and turkey wraps for lunch. I on the other hand, needed to make sure I ate a super filling breakfast to hold me over until lunchtime. No time for the mid morning snack like usual, plus… amusement parks don’t necessarily have the healthiest choices, right? So what can keep me full for over 5 hours? Overnight Oats! I had recently discovered that I am in LOVE with overnight oats. They are super filling and so delicious. At first I was skeptical about this new trend… cold oatmeal? No thanks. But it is SO much more then that. I can’t even describe it well enough, so all I can say is, GIVE IT A TRY. Its sweet, its creamy, its filling, and it has a subtle flavor of vanilla and cinnamon. O..M..G. Delicious. Overnight Oats N' Berries
Place everything together in a glass container or jar and stir (or shake) well. Let sit overnight and enjoy the next morning!
