Happy Mothers Day to all you moms out there! Today I want to introduce these Italian Spiced Beans. This is made in less then 20 minutes and is made out of most pantry staples. Canned beans, canned tomatoes and some Italian spices! Although I do prefer fresh beans, lets be honest… that is not always realistic. So in a bind, I always keep organic unsalted beans in my pantry for when I need something filling, nutritious, and fast. I use fresh basil and oregano a lot so I normally always have it on hand, but if you don’t you can easily substitute with dried herbs. Beans for me are a great way to get complex carbs and a little protein in my day, especially after a hard workout! Italian Spiced Beans
